We have some members ready to get the conversation started by sharing their stories and spurring the conversation for others to chime in with their own challenges and successes.
We'll talk about things like the unfortunate confusion that these scenarios can cause for patrons to the frustration venues are faced with when needing to find solutions on the fly for fake tickets with no seat assignments, and more.
